Do not get me wrong but Steave has been helpful when I purchased the car and it went smoothly. Its just that, they offer me quotation for service and MOT. I did say yes and even reply to the email that I am happy to proceed but they never get back to me. I sent several emails but did not hear anything from them. I even sent message to the person who assisted me but nothing heard from him either. It is just simple thing but what if you got in a bigger trouble, I wonder they will be more difficult to contact so you will be left alone. Hopefully they will still asisst you when you had a problem. :(
My experience at Hendy Jaguar Southampton could have been better because the car had a major coolant leak after driving it 100 miles. Also nobody at Hendy Southampton even bothered to contact me after knowing about the fault on the car. It seems that they had washed their hands of me as soon as I bought the car.
Vehicle gone wrong with engine warning light within first week. Problems getting courtesey car and car still not booked in for repair as courtesy car not available in Southampton (but offered courtesey car from your Christchurch branch but too far for me) Parcel shelf not provided with car but I understand it is on order. Spare key does not work. Although I am happy with the car not the best experience so far. Still waiting for courtesey car and for the jag to be booked in. Mark Rund
